What we collect

Contact form: your name, email, optional phone number, topic and message. We email it to the studio so we can reply.
Newsletter: your email address, used only to send studio news, classes and events. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
Booking & payments: handled by our booking platform, Mindbody, under its own privacy policy. We do not see or store your card details on this website.
Analytics: we use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand page visits and performance in aggregate. They do not use cookies or build advertising profiles.

How we use it

Only to respond to you, manage your classes and send the updates you asked for. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Third-party services

This site embeds Mindbody (schedule and checkout), Google Maps (on the contact page) and links to Instagram. These services may collect information under their own policies when you interact with them.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you’ve shared with us, or unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, by emailing info@theninepilates.com.
