Where are you?

1638-1642 Schlosser Street, Suite 6, Floor 2, Fort Lee, NJ 07024. Located inside of the Cosmos building. Enter through the parking lot.

Are all classes heated?

No. We offer heated and non-heated classes. Check the class name before booking.

What do I wear and bring?

Light clothes, a water bottle and a mat towel (or rent one for $3). Come a few minutes early. Tell your teacher if anything hurts.

What if I’m late?

Doors lock 5 minutes after class starts, to keep everyone safe. Please be on time.

Is the studio easy to get into?

We’re in Suite 6 on Floor 2 of the Cosmos building. Enter through the parking lot.
